In March 2009, the Kirksville Daily Express approached the Adair County Sheriff’s Office with the opportunity to provide a regularly scheduled column for the newspaper. Through this generous offer from the Daily Express, the Sheriff’s Office had the ability to keep the citizens informed of important issues affecting our lives in Adair County.

While these articles are no longer produced or published, we provide as a public historical service access to the Call-Outs that did appear in the Kirksville Daily Express.  While a number of the subjects of these articles may have been addressed, information that was provided at that time can still be found to be pertinent today.
